You can find our friendly neighbourhood cafe at 19 Victoria Road E17 4JY. We’ve been serving our specialty coffee, pastries and sourdough toasties to the lovely residents of the Chapel End area of Walthamstow since 2021 and have loved every minute of it.

We started mobile in 2017 with our coffee van and pop up bar.

What we do…
We are a small batch roaster and coffee shop based in Walthamstow E17.
We partner with selected importers to source ethical and traceable specialty coffee which we then roast in small batches to bring out the nuances and notes of each bean.
Farmers and staff are paid fairly and our importers work directly with the farms to ensure quality and working conditions are upheld
From farm to foam…
1. The coffee cherries are harvested at the peak of their ripeness and sorted to remove any defects or insects.
2. We create a roasting profile that takes into account each batch’s individual needs, creating a light, full-bodied, fruity bean.
3. Our service team use expert equipment and a combination of timing, ratio, pressure and our superior bean to create the perfect espresso ‘recipe’ that forms the basis of your daily Ruttle & Rowe coffee.
